A wooden CUBE “floats” over a green blanket that penetrates towards the interior.

We take advantage of the big trees in the front part of the site using them to provide shade and protection to the building. An elongated volume penetrates towards the interior of the plot giving continuity to the green areas, not only in the horizontal plane in the central patio, but in the vertical plane, in the facade; a green volume is created with a lattice wall covered with plants that creates a private vertical garden in every room.

In the top floor of the CUBE is located the bar and a swimming pool, from which one can have panoramic views of the city.

In the back of the plot is located a more private volume, with private apartments (long stay rooms) and green areas.
