Located in an area with a great view of the city, the project rises to take advantage of this circumstance.

The project is a composition of overlapping volumes with a treatment of materials and transparency that responds to the activities that occurs in each volume.

On street level, the volume is completely solid, a concrete and metal box that works as the foundation of the rest of the house.

The first level works as a glass box that contains the social areas, spaces not completely delimited that follow the crystal curtain; a game of planes in the middle of this volume give shape to a cube with perforations that creates the vestibular space.

The second level is a solid black volume with a crystal curtain that opens towards the terrace that is created by the displacement of this volume in relation to the crystal one; this volume contains the rooms of to residence that, through the mentioned terrace, overlook towards the city.

The top level contains the game room / study, which has the best views. This volume is slightly displaced in relation to the volume below it.
