CASA RV-02

The project is located in a wooded area south of Guadalajara on a hillside facing a golf course.

The façade facing the street is conformed by a solid volume that seems suspended over a stone base, and becomes transparent in the back to take advantage of views towards the golf course. The roof of the building folds to create the space of the master bedroom in the third floor and enjoy the view of the landscape over the treetops.

Once you access the house on the side of the building is the hall where the view opens through a double-height space in the social area, into the forest.

Exposed concrete walls that frame the double height space serve as a capstone to the metal structure supporting the suspended volume on the façade facing the street.
