Using the structure of an abandoned office building, a new housing project emerges in response to the residential growth in Chapultepec’s area; a new apartments building of 5 levels. The project consists of 3 apartments in each level; the top apartment, in the main façade, is designed in 2 levels with a double height space, taking advantage of the surrounding views.
The building integrates with the architecture of Chapultepec’s area from the Modernism period.
It is a project of sober lines with a base that is raised from the street level. A volume made of dark stone is projected in the second floor, through this gesture, privacy is provided to the apartment in the bottom and a terrace for the top residence.
The 3 top apartments have a green roof where the residents can enjoy the view of the city.
