El volumen central de la casa se orienta hacia el sur-oriente buscando el mejor soleamiento, este espacio a doble altura ordena los demás espacios a través de un puente que une las recámaras en la planta alta, y en la planta baja funciona como distribuidor-pasillo.

Un muro de cantera naranja penetra el volumen marcando el ingreso principal y la separación de las áreas de servicio; este muro se contrapone a un volumen sólido en la parte baja y de cristal en la parte superior que contiene la escalera. La sala-comedor a doble altura se abre hacia una terraza cubierta por una pérgola de madera que voltea hacia el jardín.

The central volume of the house is orientated towards the southeast taking advantage of the position of the sun in this latitude, so that the building stays cool in the summer and worm in the winter. This double height space is the gravitational center of the project, the “bridge” that crosses this space works as the link between the different areas of the house: as a bridge that joins the bedrooms in the top floor and in the ground floor as distributor – corridor.

A wall of orange quarry penetrates the volume creating the main entrance, separating the service areas; this wall is opposite to a volume that is solid in the lower part and made of crystal in the top containing the vertical circulation. The living-dinning area is in a double height space that opens towards a terrace covered with a wooden pergola that faces the garden.
