The topography was the starting point for the project; we “lifted” the house in relation from the surrounding buildings to have better views. Taking advantage from the elongated shape of the plot, two blocks were created in an offset position to have the best orientation depending of the room; the facade has wooden shutters that can block outside light. The double-height vestibular space functions as the union of the two volumes, reinforced by a wooden bridge connecting the private areas on the top floor.
