A two stories monolithic volume holds the concrete slab of the first level that folds to become the rooftop; the slabs become a “staple” that contains the bedrooms on the upper floor giving an unfolding appearance, a gesture that meets the condominium requirements of having inclined slabs, and also opens the view to the garden and the Forest “Primavera”.
The ground floor is divided into two main areas: the public space of the living/dinning room-bar that fully opens to a large covered terrace that faces the main garden; and a semi-private space comprising the kitchen and family room.
