El Proyecto de Marlica II nace como la continuación del éxito del Hotel Marlica en Manzanillo, que se especializa en cuartos por temporadas.

La propuesta busca dialogar con la imagen de la marca representada en el Hotel Marlica existente a través de formas contemporáneas y teniendo el máximo aprovechamiento del privilegiado terreno que se encuentra a pie de playa

A través de una optimización del modulo estructural, el proyecto logra el mejor aprovechamiento posible para tener la mayor cantidad de unidades.

El modulo estructural se vuelve parte del lenguaje arquitectónico como el elemento formal que organiza el volumen en su frente hacia el mar para tener la mayor amplitud y las mejores vistas posibles.

Hacia el frente de calle, la fachada se compone con una celosía de concreto que da mayor privacidad y al mismo tiempo permite el flujo de aire cruzado en todas las unidades.

Marlica II is a project that emerges from the success of Marlica Hotel in Manzanillo, which specializes in long stay rooms.

The proposal seeks to dialogue with the existing building of Hotel Marlica through contemporary shapes and by taking advantage sea views.

Through the optimization of a structural module, the project achieves to have as many units as possible in the piece of land.

The structural module becomes part of the architectural language as the formal element that organizes the volume on the façade that faces the sea to have the widest and best possible views.

On the street side, the façade is made with a concrete lattice that gives privacy while allowing the flow of air through all the units.
