El edificio está ubicado en la ciudad de Guadalajara, frente al parque lineal de la Avenida Montevideo. El proyecto dialoga con la vegetación del parque desde su fachada a través de vanos que enmarcan las vistas al exterior.

A partir de un juego con volúmenes donde marcos de concreto contienen celosías metálicas móviles que dan privacidad y protegen de la incidencia solar, se crean espacios con doble altura y terrazas.

El edificio tiene ocho departamentos de dos niveles que cuentan con un espacio abierto, ya sea un patio, un jardín o un roof garden.

Al centro del edificio se encuentra un patio interior donde se ubican las circulaciones verticales. Cuatro departamentos tienen acceso desde este patio en el primer nivel y cuatro departamentos tienen acceso desde el cuarto nivel, lo que crea un espacio de triple altura sin circulaciones que genera privacidad y permite la entrada de aire y luz.

El acceso de los cuatro departamentos en el primer nivel es al área social donde se encuentra una sala-comedor a doble altura, desde la que se sube al área privada. Los que están ubicados al frente del edificio tienen un jardín con vistas a los árboles de la avenida, mientas que los ubicados en la parte trasera cuentan con un patio.

Del mismo modo, el acceso a los cuatro departamentos en el cuarto nivel es al área social de la vivienda, desde donde se baja a las habitaciones o se sube al roof garden que tiene vistas hacia el acueducto de la Avenida Pablo Casals y al eje verde de la Avenida Montevideo.

The building is located in Guadalajara, in front of the linear park in Montevideo Avenue. The project dialogues with the vegetation in the park with its façade through windows that frame the exterior views.

The project emerges from a superposition of volumes, where concrete frames that contain moving metal lattices that give privacy and protect from solar incidence, create double height spaces and terraces.

The building has eight duplex apartments that have an open space, either a patio, a garden or a roof garden.

At the center of the building is a courtyard where the vertical circulations are located. Four apartments have access from the courtyard on the first floor and four apartments have access from the fourth level, which creates a triple height space without circulations generating privacy and allowing the flow of air and light.

The access to the four apartments that are on the first level is to their social area that has a dining-living room with double height, and a staircase to go up to the private area. The ones located in the street side of the building have a garden overlooking the avenue trees, and the ones on the posterior side of the building have a patio.

The access to the four apartments in the fourth level is to their social area as well, from where one can go down to the bedrooms or go up to the roof garden that has views of the aqueduct in Pablo Casals Avenue and the green axis in the Montevideo Avenue.
