Project of restoration and conservation of an historical building in downtown Guadalajara. The project recovers the building’s original state (building from the 18th century), but also respects all of the significant interventions that have been done to it through the years; achieving a project of recovery where it is possible to “read” the history of it. A building were different styles are combined and respected to create its identity.

The project includes an intervention in the roof top, introducing housing into the program and a social space where any kind of event can be held; this intervention integrates into the existing building.
