A triangular shaped plot located in a privileged zone of the city with big jacarandas trees on both sides was the starting point in the architectural proposal. The site gives shape to the project; the base, a block with mineral appearance, is pushed back so that the main volume gives the impression that is floating.

The skin of the triangular shaped main volume is made with crystals of different levels of transparency, in order that the different transparencies respond to the activities taken place in the interior of the building, also providing the sense of movement to the façade.

Different types of apartments are proposed in each level, and the top two floors contain duplex apartments with double height spaces in the living areas that are evident in the elevations.

The roof top works as a “roof garden” which overlooks above the trees, giving a great view of the city.
